The Earthworm (Funny Poem)

One day in her zeal to teach her students helpful things She chose drinking whiskey, and the problems that it brings.
She poured some whiskey in a glass so they could plainly see, Then showed to them an earthworm. All the students squealed with glee.
“See how he wiggles and moves so fast,” said Mrs. Brown, and then She dropped him straight down in the glass. They didn’t understand.
She held the glass, and then she said, “Now, come and look inside.”They looked, and it was plain to see, he had shriveled up and died.
“Now children,” she said tenderly, “you’ve all looked at this worm.“Can anyone explain today the lesson that you’ve learned?”
All the students shook their heads, but Johnny raised his hand.“I know, I know,” Little Johnny said. “I know! I understand!”
Mrs. Brown saw Johnny’s hand and she was very glad. With glowing eyes and a happy heart, she looked at him and said,
“All right, Johnny. Stand up, now, and tell them what you learned.”“If you drink whiskey all the time, you never will have worms!”

The Horse Ride (Humorous Poem)

We sat upon the wagon.
Suddenly the horse lifted his tail
And we heard a roaring dragon!
The deafening sound hurt my ears
And the smell burned the hairs in my nose.
My girlfriend sat and glared at me.
Somehow my fault I suppose.
It was my idea to take the ride,
But how was I to know?
It really wasn’t in my plans;
Didn’t know the horse would blow.
The noise and the smell were bad enough,
As the wind blew quickly by.
But I think the very worst of it,
Was the brown stuff in my eye.
My girlfriend’s face turned angry red.
So I figured I wouldn’t dare,
Advise her of the smelly pieces
Of horse stuff in her hair.
The horse finally stopped; my girl ran away,
Stubbornly lifting her chin.
I think that horse was enjoying himself,
Cause I’m sure I saw him grin.
A lesson learned for me today.
Although I must confess,
I laughed so hard I nearly cried
As I wiped away the mess.
My Cute Fishy Poem

Eats his food with a big crunch!
Fishy, fishy swimming by
He just looked! Maybe saying "HI"
Fishy, fishy swimming around
The mayor of his own little town.
Fishy, fishy Yummy, Yummy
Now...he is in my tummy.

Nature is Wondeful!!

When the early morning sun breaks through the darkness
When the night tears dew spill morning from the sky
When the nature’s tears raindrops pour down to the earth
When all those trees dancing in the breeze beside the lake
When all those daffodils and lavender fill the air with fragrances
When all those butterflies and bees fly high in search of honey
When all those wild mountains river are rushing through the valleys
When all those beauty of waterfalls grab heart of a nation
When all those mountain hills carpet with its greenery wonders
When all those innocent animals grassing on the hill sides
When all those bird’s flight, as they climb and hover in the sky
When all those wild animals freely walk around the jungle
When all those seasons spring, summer, autumn, winter fill our heart with cheer.
When all those trouble hearts, the nature become a smooth healer
When all those pleasant of natures make their own display
Oh, my God, I praise you for all your truly gift of the nature’s wonderful.

Five little Pumpkins

The first one said,
"Oh my, it's getting late."
The second one said,
"But we don't care."
The third one said,
"I see witches in the air."
The fourth one said,
"Let's run, and run, and run."
The fifth one said,
"Get ready for some fun."
Then whoosh went the wind,
and out went the lights,
And five little Pumpkins rolled out of sight!

Each Parent and Child

So far away, yet we are nearIn the intricate routes through which our thoughts flow, Xeroxed journeys, more rhythmic than dreams, That explode into melodies sung long ago. Extraordinary embrace! It seems Each parent and child is given to know Notes no one else will hear.
Family

Families are created out of love And live within the cup of love's large hands. No momentary pain can love remove Or taint the trust of one who understands. We live at times at odds with those who love us, Colliding in our anger like great waves, Refusing to have anyone above us Nor willing to give up what passion craves. But anger is a storm we know will pass, And freedom is the nature of the will. We run like wild horses through the grass Yet know we are constrained by hunger still. Sometimes, obsessed with losses and with gains, We turn towards home and find that love remains.
Your love is like the Arizona sun

Your love is like the Arizona sun: Always there, no matter what I do. Bathed in light, I feel my love for you, But words are gone before I have begun. I don't know why I find it hard to say The things that rest so deeply in my heart. It seems almost impossible to start, As though they're too ungainly to display. I cherish you and what you feel for me. I'm lucky that I have you for a mom. I love you with a love that's sweet and calm, And vast, like some unending inner sea. You're the one I'm with when I'm alone; You're the place within my heart that's home.
A Special World!!!

A special world for you and me A special bond one cannot seeIt wraps us up in its cocoonAnd holds us fiercely in its womb. Its fingers spread like fine spun gold Gently nestling us to the fold Like silken thread it holds us fast Bonds like this are meant to last. And though at times a thread may break. A new one forms in its wake. To bind us closer and keep us strongIn a special world, where we belong.
